| From someone who suffers from alot of heat expelled from the top of my head...this is a God send. Finally some much needed cooling. HOWEVER, it doesn't go quite far enough. Larger ventilation holes would be a benefit. Bottom line...any improvement in air circulation is better than nothing. Also, the racheted head band and cushey sweat pad are nicer than I've been accustomed to. |

| Alot of people said they had problems with the cooling pad blocking their fans, but I didn't have that problem because my laptop's fan is at an angle, so you may want to check that out. I don't actually even use the case, but I probably will if I ever fly/am in a hurry/etc. I have a bigger back for it. The cooling paid alone was worth what I paid for it, but I also don't think it's worth $60. $40 max, so spend accordingly. Great item though! |

Title says it all. Wanted the 17" - and was given the 15.4" :(....the product title, product description, product model number, and product dimensions don't correspond with each other).
Had this problem twice, called Amazon Customer Service - they were great - I did have to explain it over and over but they did let me return with no issue - even had UPS pick it up from my door.
But bottom line - wrong size sent out.

Don't have to think about it

We have 6 of these at the office. During the big rains in the SF Area our power went out. They worked great.
I like a product that works as advertised and I don't have to think about it. For others the product is best when it isn't too complicated.
